At Aurevia Goods, we want you to love every purchase. Because many of our products are seasonal and Valentine-themed, please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Item must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of Valentine and seasonal products, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

Valentine items purchased after February 14th are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Send clear photos of the product and packaging

We will offer either:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • A full refund


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your card provider

  3. Contact your bank

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
